A meticulously renovated beach box on the tightly held Moondah Beach in Melbourne’s Mount Eliza is for sale, following a year-long journey to secure planning approval for its makeover.
The beach box at 54 Moondah Beach, Mount Eliza has hit the market with a $450,000 price tag, offering bay views across the Mornington Harbour and Melbourne’s city skyline.
The property is just 12 footsteps from the shoreline, meaning that it’s roughly $37,500 per step to have a dip in the bay.
