7 Martinique Way, Clear Island Waters is going under the hammer
Between its bold Versace interiors and 24-carat gold bathrooms, this waterfront gem is fit for the most glamorous of Gold Coast socialites.
Owned by Glitter Strip fixture and The Rejuv Lab boss Gigi L’Wren, the Italian-built custom home at 7 Martinique Way, Clear Island Waters is a masterclass in maximalist luxury.
Ms L’Wren, who runs her non-surgical clinic chain across Queensland and Sydney, purchased the property in 2021 before embarking on a major glow-up.
The home has stunning wide-water views
It’s an entertainer’s dream with a network of patios
“When I bought it, it was a run-down old holiday house that was very unloved,” she said. “I revived it and brought it back to life and gave it a bit of spice. It’s very GC.”
Bold monochromatic interiors are dripping in designer finishes across a double-storey floorplan with two dining areas, a living room, and a large entertaining lounge and bar.
Glossy white floor tiles contrast with a sweeping black-carpeted staircase and dramatic black balustrades wrapping the upper-floor void.
The home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, highlighted by signature black-and-gold baroque Versace wallpaper, matching bedding, and prominent Medusa-head accents.

“I’m pretty much one of Versace’s best customers,” Ms L’Wren joked.
“And I am Italian, so my heart is with Versace. All the walls, the linen, and everything in the bathrooms is Versace.”
“The home might not be everyone’s taste but I love it. It’s stylish and it’s elegant.”
An enormous spa ensuite is another headturner, adorned in heavy black marble-look tiling and imported Portuguese 24-carat gold tiles and topped off with frosted glass chandeliers.
Ms L’Wren had planned to complete the home’s two-year transformation with a new kitchen, but a surprise waterfront find last month changed everything.

“I always said you’d have to take me out in a box … I said I would never leave my house unless I got a better view,” she said.
“It was a big surprise to me that I actually found another house that I could fall in love, so I bought it and now I’ll be starting a renovation all over again.”
Marketed by Amir Prestige agents Alex and Victoria Fleri with Brodie Foster, the 1991-built property on a 971 sqm parcel commands wide-water views and has an al fresco layout with a pool, spa and outdoor dining areas.

The agents described the home, set behind high walls and security gates, as a “rare opportunity to secure a home of genuine scale, privacy and distinction”.
Despite broader economic headwinds, the businesswoman remains confident ahead of the November 14 auction.
“Everyone keeps saying in this climate are you concerned, and I’m not at all. I feel like on the Gold Coast we’re in a bubble,” she said.
“The value you get on the Gold Coast compared to Sydney is still exceptional. I’m actually excited about it and I think there’s a buyer for every house.”
Realestate.com.au data shows house prices in Clear Island Waters were up 4 per cent over the past month to a median of $2.35m.
