Hulk Hogan‘s daughter, Brooke, has lashed out at the buyer of her dad’s Florida mansions, claiming that the property was purchased with “dirty money.”

Hogan, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, died at the age of 71 at his Clearwater, FL, home in July 2025, months after he had undergone multiple surgeries and procedures on his neck.

The sprawling mansion was one of two adjacent homes that Hogan owned at the time of his death, both of which were put on the market following his passing.

Just yesterday, Realtor.com® reported that both homes had sold, with the larger of the two being offloaded for $5.9 million.

Now, Brooke is taking aim at the buyers of the properties in a slew of emotional Instagram Stories.

Brooke shared an image of the home with a “sold” sign over it, penning, “Enjoy your dirty money. You took my dad.”

Brooke also spoke about his second ex-wife, Jennifer McDaniel, revealing, “The sick feeling is indescribable. This house was where dad and Jen envisioned growing old together. Where we brought him back to … surgery after surgery. Pool days. The smell of gasoline in the his garage. His workouts downstairs. We cooked, we watched Jerry Springer, we played music , we cried. I walked in that garage every visit and hugged him right when he’d open the garage door. I’d sit next to him for hours in the chair he died in.”

“His whole environment, his energy, his work, his relationships: First Jen – who no one but me treated with respect. Then I was gone… the truth teller… I’m sure to everyone’s delight. And now it’s all gone. Sold for profit. Just like him… used for f—ing everyone else’s gain. Saddest ending I’ve ever seen. You know who the f–k you are,” she added.

Speaking about McDaniel, she said, “This woman spent more time in the trenches than ANY of us did. He LOVED her dearly. And she loved him. She wanted to be there till his last breath despite the trauma she endured that I witnessed .. She asked for nothing .She could have fought for money. She left with a tiny fraction, a Tahoe, and a 2 bedroom house. And vanished. No smear campaign. Just grace.”

Hogan and McDaniel tied the knot in 2010 at his Florida home and filed for divorce in 2021.

Hogan purchased the larger of the two homes that made up his Florida compound, for $3.33 million in April 2012, before adding the smaller adjacent property for $1.6 million four years later.

His primary residence, which is the larger of the two dwellings, was first listed for sale on Jan. 30, six months after his passing, with an ask of $10.98 million. However, the sprawling property underwent three very hefty price cuts, the first of which saw the ask dropped to $8.99 million. Then, in June, the property’s asking price was once again lowered, this time to $7.9 million.

Then, in September, the property cost was once again been trimmed, bringing the asking price to $6.9 million.

That home, which features five bedrooms, was described as one of “Clearwater Beach’s most coveted waterfront estates.”

The listing, which was held by Martha Thorn, of The Thorn Collection at Coldwell Banker Realty, also called attention to the property’s plum location on “sugar-white sands,” which provides instant access to the gulf and ensures stunning views from every room.

Those same vistas can also be enjoyed from the expansive outdoor living spaces, which span 1,500 square feet and include a covered seating area that overlooks the stunning pool and spa.

The dwelling itself boasts the most “refined” finishes, according to a description previously provided to Realtor.com®, including “teak, marble, and natural stone floors, a designer chef’s kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a private elevator.”

Of the five bedrooms in the abode, the primary suite is undoubtedly the home’s crown jewel, featuring its own private terrace overlooking the gulf, an intimate seating area, an enormous walk-in closet, and a luxurious spa-inspired bathroom complete with an enormous soaking tub.

“Welcome to a true Mediterranean masterpiece, an architectural triumph gracing the sugar-white sands of world-famous Clearwater Beach,” the listing noted.

“From the moment you arrive, the home’s commanding curb appeal and refined presence set the tone for a residence designed to satisfy the most discerning buyer.”

The property spans just over 5,000 square feet and sits on a 6,098-square-foot lot that is directly adjacent to Hogan’s second property.

Hogan does not appear to have ever made an attempt to combine the two properties into one giant structure, instead using the cottage as a guesthouse, with the listing for the smaller dwelling noting that it could serve as “dream coastal retreat” for one lucky buyer.

Much like Hogan’s mansion—which occupies three stories—the cottage property backs right onto the beach, with a charming white picket fence added to separate the dwelling from the publicly accessible area.

A small hedge on one side of the cottage currently separates it from Hogan’s mansion, while palm trees line the other exterior wall.

The cottage has also been equipped with many of its own impressive amenities, including a beautiful swimming pool with an elegant water feature and an adjoining spa, as well as a sizable outdoor seating area, ideal for lounging in the sun or enjoying meals under the stars.

Though the property is dwarfed by Hogan’s enormous mansion, it does offer plenty of space, spanning more than 2,000 square feet, which includes three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

The listing noted that virtual staging has been used in some of the photos to showcase exactly how the cottage could be decorated; however, the property currently appears to have been emptied of all of Hogan’s personal effects and furnishings.

Inside, the dwelling features a traditional beach cottage aesthetic, with bright white walls, exposed wooden beams, and wood flooring—ideal for preventing any sandy messes after a long day on the beach.

The properties were previously registered to an LLC linked to the wrestler and McDaniel.

After Hogan’s death, it was revealed that his son, Nick Hogan, had been named as the sole heir to his fortune—however, the wrestler’s Clearwater compound was not included in the assets left to his younger child.

Around six weeks after the wrestler’s passing, his son Nick, 35, filed documents asking to be named as the co-personal representative of his father’s estate, alongside a man named Terry McCoy, as first reported by Us Weekly. The court signed off on his request.

In that filing, Nick claimed that his father had a sizable fortune when he died, including $200,000 worth of cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, and his right to publicity, which is valued at $4 million.

Furthermore, the court filing noted that Hogan’s will was originally executed in 2016, and several amendments were then made in 2017, 2021, 2022, and in July 2023, when he removed Brooke as a beneficiary.

Brooke and her father had been estranged for some time prior to his death—however, her husband, Steve Oleksy, told Us Weekly that she had done her utmost to “uphold her dad’s best interests” during that time.
