Kyle and Caity Flanagan are selling their Burraneer home.
“Rare cul-de-sac Position, Sweeping Gunnamatta Bay Views,” the listing for the home reads.
“Rarely does a home of this stature come to market in such a tightly held pocket of Burraneer. “Sitting on a generous 662 square metre block in a whisper quiet cul-de-sac, this presents a genuine opportunity to secure a foothold in one of the Sutherland Shire’s most coveted streets.
“From the moment you step inside, the scale of this home is immediately apparent. Sweeping floor to ceiling glass frames a panoramic canvas of Gunnamatta Bay, with boats dotting the water and the Shire’s leafy foreshore stretching out beyond.
“It is the kind of view that never gets old.

“The expansive ground floor adds another layer of flexibility, offering self contained potential that could suit teenage kids, extended family, or simply provide the extra breathing room that growing families are looking for.
