After setting a record sale price, a $130m luxury apartment development in Adelaide’s East End has opened its doors.
Around 70 per cent of the 33 apartments in the new building on East Tce have been sold, including a $6.1m sub-penthouse that broke the record in 2024 for the most expensive sub-penthouse in Adelaide.
It is one of two sub-penthouses in the eight storey building, offering sweeping 180 degree views and four car parks.

Developed by Global Intertrade and Minuzzo Project Management, and designed by Aplin Cook Gardner Architects, the building opposite Adelaide’s eastern parklands features a private wine room and lounge area, terrace and luxurious BBQ entertaining space.
Minuzzo Project Management chief executive Garry Minuzzo said the project had attracted strong interest from downsizers and owner-occupiers, who were becoming increasingly attracted to the idea of living in an apartment.

“We’ve been building in Adelaide for generations, but this project is something special,” he said.
“200 East is a legacy project for Minuzzo, every residence has been treated like a custom build. The finishes, proportions and materials are what you would expect in a luxury home, not an apartment.”
Global Intertrade is backed by Spanish media mogul Javier Moll, and controls a significant portfolio of commercial property across Adelaide and vineyards in the Barossa Valley.

It previously partnered with Minuzzo – a local family-owned construction firm – on a $32m luxury apartment project on East Tce, just 100 metres south of their latest project. That was completed in 2020.
Global Intertrade owner Javier Moll said the project represented “the culmination of a long-term vision” for the site.
“Our family has owned this site for almost three decades and we always believed it deserved something special, something that would stand the test of time,” he said.
