Packaging billionaire Heloise Pratt is selling her Toorak house.
Billionaire heiress Heloise Pratt is among the super wealthy homeowners cashing in on Melbourne’s recovering housing market as the spring selling season heats up.
In Toorak, the packaging rich-lister’s compound hit the market this week with a $58m-$63m range.
And a seven-bedroom mansion at 6 St Georges Rd is seeking a $45.5m-$50m sale.

Ms Pratt, along with her siblings Anthony Pratt and Fiona Geminder, co-owns the global packaging and resource recovery company Visy founded by their late father, prominent businessman Richard Pratt.
Marshall White director Marcus Chiminello is overseeing the marketing campaign for Ms Pratt’s pad which boasts a games room, gym, pool and guest dwelling with a marble bar.
Melbourne Sotheby’s International Realty’s managing director Antoinette Nido, who has the 6 St Georges Rd listing, said it had been owned by the same family for more than five decades.

Ms Nido said the 3509sq m offering features sprawling botanic gardens, a Hollywood Hills-style oval-shaped pool and “a fabulous billiards room with an amazing bar”.
She’s anticipating strong interest from both local and internationally-based buyers.
“It is exceptionally rare to have almost an acre of land on St Georges Rd, which really is the pinnacle of Toorak living,” Ms Nido said.
She has also seen an uptick in buyer inquiry and activity this spring.
“It’s when a lot of buyers, maybe who have been looking through the year, wait to see what else comes to the market so that they can compare offerings,” she added.
The circa-1920s mansion at 6 St Georges Rd, Toorak, has been in the same family for more than 50 years.
There’s seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and parking for seven cars, plus multiple sitting rooms and study areas.
The billiards room comes complete with a bar.
Other impressive properties recently listed for sale in Victoria include a circa-1928 house at 29 Lansell Rd, Toorak, asking $31m-34m, a Tuscan-inspired estate at 621 Tucks Rd, Shoreham, available for $21m-$23m and a four-bedroom house at 1 St Ninians Court, Brighton, priced $20m-$22m.
Morrell and Koren buyer’s advocate Matthew Cleverdon said there would likely be a run of late spring listings in Melbourne, ahead of auctions winding down during early November.
“The majority of properties that will be sold this year will hit the market over the next few
weeks,” Mr Cleverdon said.
According to PropTrack, 1168 homes across Victoria are set to go under the hammer this week.
The state recorded a 67 per cent clearance rate last week.
