With only 72 hours left in the competition the teams are attempting to wring every last drop of wow out of their houses.
Britt and Taz are installing an outdoor cinema behind their shed, with seating around a fire pit and a retractable screen in a garden bed. Plus they also have the secret indigenous artwork on their garage door, currently concealed by a portrait of themselves that has everyone including Shelley Craft horrified.
Han and Can have a giant four metre torii gate over their driveway and snaking path through a Zen garden.
Sonny and Alicia are using their leftover funds on three semi-mature trees plus a life-sized sculpture of a resting kangaroo.

How much Block stars won, and lost
The huge torii gate in Han and Can’s is moved into place, ready to welcome the dinosaurs.
Ben and Emma have created gentle mounds on either side of their driveway to reflect the rolling hills surrounding the site.
And Mat and Robby are flat broke and lucky and doing what they can while also trying to work out how to finish off $5000 worth of plastering inside the house.
But once again, it’s not Han and Can’s week.
They’re fighting again and it’s Han’s dad Lee to the rescue when Can breaks down about Han ordering her about and shouting at her.
Lee hugs Can after yet another confrontation with Han.
“It’s lovely having Lee here. He knows Han very well and knows how crazy she is and how out of control she gets,” Can says.
Then Scott and Shelley come to visit and appear unimpressed with their Japanese-theming.
“You realise you’ve narrowed your buyer pool by about 50 per cent?” Shelley says.
And all this is before disaster strikes in their front yard.
Scott and Shelley have their doubts about Han and Can’s front garden.
Their Zen landscaper Christian has been a little too Zen about reading requirements for concreting and has failed to have his concrete base inspected before the arrival of the concrete truck.
When Dan spies the concrete being wheelbarrowed up the side of the house he calls a halt to the work so the reo mesh can be properly inspected, and he’s not happy with what he finds.
‘What’s right about it is the question,” he says when asked what’s wrong with it. “There’s nothing right about how that reo has been installed.”
With 30 minutes max before the concrete in the truck starts going off the race is on to rip up Christian’s work and replace it. Then site supervisors Aiden and Simmo discover the height of the concrete path is too low.
“It’s a dog’s breakfast,” is Simmo’s assessment.
Dan confronts Christian for laying concrete before getting the base approved.
It’s all hands on deck to rectify the issue as the unimpressed concrete truck driver idles outside.
“F**k me. Clowns!” Aiden says as he stalks off in disgust.
Luckily for all concerned a combined effort of everyone in the house pays off and the concrete is poured in time.
Then it’s on to installation of the huge tori gate. As the sun sets it slips neatly into place, breaking with tradition by not being an enormous disaster.
Unless you listen to the opinions of the neighbours.
“I don’t get it,” Taz says.
“Have they lost their minds?” Sonny asks.
“It’s the entrance to Jurassic Park,” is Mat’s assessment.
And we all know how that story ends.
