Skyworks, Qorvo shares sink as shareholders’ vote on proposed merger nears

Shares of Skyworks Solutions (SWKS) and Qorvo (QRVO) had dropped by 11% and 8%, respectively, during Wednesday trading.

If it holds, it will be the largest single-day drop by either of these Apple (AAPL) suppliers in nearly nine months, as
