When it comes to the Central Area, most Singaporeans start thinking of million-dollar flats. Even the 4-room flats in this area are expected to come close; so it may come as a surprise when we tell you there are options for under $600,000.
As is always the case with property, there will be pockets where pricing hasn’t fully aligned.
