The sprawling Hamptons mansion where Bravo’s hit reality series “Summer House” was filmed has been put on the market for $5.65 million—days before the show’s cast was rocked by the news that stars Amanda Batula and West Wilson are now in a relationship.

Located in the tony community of Sag Harbor, the expansive dwelling features seven bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, many of which will be instantly recognizable to fans of the reality TV series, which has used the property as its primary filming location for the last five years.

“Set across 4.3 acres, this bright, beautifully finished Sag Harbor Traditional offers the space, privacy, and resort amenities that highlight contemporary Hamptons living,” the listing, which is held by Alfredo Barreto of Saunders & Associates, states.

“The home blends timeless architecture with elegant millwork, gorgeous hardwood floors, and an effortless indoor-outdoor flow built for summer entertaining.”

While the listing makes no mention of the home’s ties to the Bravo universe, the property featured prominently throughout the most recent seasons, including the most recently aired episodes from the tenth installment of the series, which stars returning cast members Batula, Wilson, Ciara Miller, Kyle Cook, Lindsay Hubbard, Carl Radke, and Jesse Solomon.

Season 10 filming at the property took place in the summer of 2025—although the episodes did not premiere until February of this year.

However, the show has come under fresh scrutiny over the last 24 hours after Batula, 34, and Wilson, 28, finally confirmed that they are in a relationship, issuing a statement in which they said the romance was “the last thing” either of them had expected.

While Batula and Wilson did not mention their respective exes, Cooke and Miller, they acknowledged that the announcement was mired by “complicated relationship dynamics.”

“We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity,” they wrote on their Instagram Stories. “It was never our intention to purposely hide anything.

“Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it.”

They added: “As our feelings evolved, we wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling. We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless.”

Rumors of a romance have dogged the duo for months, with both of them denying any speculation that a relationship was blossoming between them. Their eventual confirmation that they are in fact dating is said to have sparked upset from their castmates—not least their former partners.

While Wilson and Miller’s relationship came to an end in December 2023, months after they wrapped filming on Season 8 of the show, Batula and Cooke only announced the end of their marriage in January. The estranged spouses are still together in the episodes that are currently airing, many of which focus on their tumultuous marriage.

“After much reflection, we have mutually and amicably decided to part ways as a couple,” they said in a statement shared at the time. “We share this with a heavy heart and kindly ask for your grace and support while we focus on our personal growth and healing.”

While the “Summer House” cameras are not currently rolling, Deadline reports that the cast is due to come back together in mid-April in order to film the season’s reunion, with all of the Season 10 stars expected to take part.

It’s unclear whether the revelation about Batula and Wilson’s romance will impact any of the stars’ participation, however.

It is also not known how the potential sale of the “Summer House” house would impact future seasons of the show, which has not yet been renewed for Season 11, although the drama that has unfolded between its cast members may well spur Bravo to pick it up again.

The listing, which was first reported by Mansion Global, went live on March 25, almost a week before the scandal surrounding Batula and Wilson unfolded.

While the Hamptons dwelling has been rented by Bravo every summer for several years now, property records show that it has previously been offered publicly for as much as $46,000 a month in the past.

It last changed hands for $4.6 million in 2021, with records showing that it was purchased via a New York-based LLC called Du-Car Management Co.

Despite the controversy that has now engulfed the show, “Summer House” could still be seen as something of a superb ad for the property—showcasing its reliability as a warm weather hot spot where the cast routinely hosted large gatherings for their friends.

Set on a sprawling 4.3-acre lot, the dwelling is afforded ample privacy, while its 8,700-square-foot interior offers plenty of space for multiple residents and guests.

The main level of the mansion is home to multiple living spaces and entertaining areas, including a “bright living room” that opens directly to a back patio, which has plenty of room for seating, as well as a sizable kitchen, a formal dining area, and a breakfast nook.

Meanwhile the finished lower level houses a private movie theater and a “large home gym,” while also offering immediate access to the backyard.

Upstairs is where the majority of the bedrooms are located, including the extraordinary primary suite, which is described in the listing as “a standout retreat, featuring tall ceilings, a private sitting room, and French doors that lead to its own patio.”

Meanwhile the grounds—which are a focal point of filming during the “Summer House” season—are occupied by grassy lawns, a heated gunite pool, a spa, and a detached pool house.

“Outside, the backyard is your personal resort: a heated gunite freeform pool and spa anchor the setting, complemented by a pool house for effortless poolside living,” the listing continues.

A detached garage adds convenience and storage, rounding out a compound feel with room to breathe and entertain on a grand scale.”
