Dairy Boy founder Paige Lorenze may soon have some more cash to splash on renovations to the $4.7 million mansion she and fiancé Tommy Paul just purchased—after landing a buyer for her picturesque Connecticut starter home.
Lorenze and Paul, both 28, who just recently spent time in Florida for the Miami Open, purchased their future marital abode in February, according to property records, weeks after they both listed their own dwellings for sale.
While tennis pro Paul managed to find a buyer for his Boca Raton, FL, bachelor pad within days of listing it, Lorenze faced a slightly longer wait for a new owner to claim her historic Fairfield, CT, abode. However, that wait is nearly over, with records indicating that the $2.49 million dwelling is now “pending” sale.
The news comes at an ideal time for the couple, who not only forked out a hefty sum for their new mansion—which is also located in Fairfield—but are now investing even more money in an extensive gut renovation of the property, which Lorenze has been routinely documenting on her social media accounts.
Recent images shared by the influencer reveal that the couple have already made some impressive headway on the kitchen transformation, which has been stripped down almost completely, with just the original counters and islands left behind.

All of the upper cabinets in the space were stripped out, with Lorenze revealing that the couple have left that area empty—save for the addition of an elegant new oven hood.
Meanwhile, new hardware and new tiles are now ready to be added, both of which the online star shared a glimpse at on her Instagram Stories.
For the hardware, the couple will be replacing the existing silver-toned metal with gold, including new faucets, new drawer handles, and new knobs for the cupboards. Meanwhile the tiling for the kitchen has, Lorenze revealed, been specially created for the couple featuring designs that reflect their passions, interests, and romantic milestones.
The artwork has been drawn in blue on a plain white tile, with some of the options including a picture of Snoopy playing tennis—a clear nod to Paul’s impressive on-court career—as well as the logo for Lorenze’s lifestyle brand, Dairy Boy.
“Special tile will go all around the kitchen,” she explained in one caption.
Elsewhere in the home, Lorenze revealed the couple has had a large daybed built to create a window nook in the living room, while they are currently reviewing options for wallpaper, paint colors, and fabrics for one of their main spaces—with blue and red currently in the running as the chosen color scheme.
Posting a photo of the designs they have selected, Lorenze revealed a mix of red and blue paint shades, as well as white fabrics patterned with deep red and blue flowers. Along with the photo, she included a screenshot of text messages that she appears to have sent to the couple’s designer, in which she wrote: “Very obsessed. Blue and red together is so hot.”
Lorenze first revealed in December that she and Paul—who got engaged in July—had stumbled across their dream marital dwelling, explaining that they had not actually been looking to move, but couldn’t resist the property when they saw it for the first time.

“I was actually not looking to move,” she said in a YouTube video. “[But I] stumbled upon this listing and it had everything that I could ever imagine.”
Describing it as her “dream forever home,” Lorenze went on to reveal that she and Paul went to see the property in person soon after Thanksgiving, joking that they were convinced the property couldn’t ever be as “perfect” in real life as it appeared in listing photos.
Much to their surprise however, it was even better than they’d imagined.
“I was like, ‘Oh s–t,'” Lorenze recalled of her reaction to seeing it for the first time. “I thought about it and I thought about what my life is going to look like in the next three years, and how I’m getting married, how I want to have kids in the future.
“More privacy is really important to me, more land is important to me, and this property has so many of the things that Tommy and I love.”
Among the many amenities that stuck out to the couple were the property’s “big barn,” as well as an on-site tennis court, and a large yard, which Lorenze notes would allow her partner to train at home, while also enabling her to have her horses at home, rather than in a stable nearby.
“The house is older, but restored, it has a beautiful guesthouse … it’s just beyond,” she went on.
According to its listing, the home was originally built in 1941—and spreads across more than 4,100 square feet. The property itself boasts a sprawling 5-acre plot of land.

In addition to the main dwelling, the property is home to a “climate-controlled barn” that has been outfitted with a golf simulator, sauna, and a workout space, as well as a two-story pool house that serves as guest quarters, complete with its own kitchen, bathroom, and living space.
Other impressive features on the grounds include a saltwater pool; vegetable gardens; a wildflower meadow; an orchard of cherry, apple, and peach trees; and a sports court—ideal for Paul’s training.
It is vastly bigger than the home that Lorenze had been living in, a four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom dwelling that she purchased via an LLC for $2.4 million in July 2024.
In its listing, the home is described as an “exceptional” abode that offers a “perfect blend of weekend retreat and everyday living,” thanks to its plum location just 60 miles outside of Manhattan.
The 5,000-square-foot home, which was built in 2000, features several impressive upgrades, including “newly added wooden beams and fireplace” in the living room, as well as top-of-the-line appliances in the enormous gourmet kitchen.
There are multiple living spaces throughout the main floor, including a bright blue living room, a cozy breakfast nook, a formal dining room, and a den with large French doors that open up to the garden and the glittering pool.
Many of the spaces will be familiar to followers of Lorenze, who regularly features the property in the background of her social media posts, including her expansive walk-in closet and dressing room, where she regularly tapes chatty update videos for her fans.
Lorenze and Paul will have to manage the renovations of their new abode while also balancing the tennis pro’s hectic work schedule, which requires him to travel extensively for much of the year.
Having just been knocked out of the Miami Open in a quarterfinal match against Arthur Fils, Paul will have his pick of upcoming tournaments, with events scheduled in Morocco, Romania, and France in the coming weeks.
