ConnectM Technology Solutions delists from Nasdaq (CNTM:NASDAQ)

ConnectM Technology Solutions (NASDAQ:CNTM) said that it has received a delisting notice from Nasdaq Stock Market.

The company received a notice from Nasdaq stating that the company’s listed securities failed to comply with the $50M market value of listed securities requirement for continued listing.

The company was provided a period of 180 calendar days, or until March 3, 2025, in which to regain compliance.
